These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, invoices, and sales of goods by ViewTek (“we”, “us”, “our”). By paying an invoice or confirming an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Contract & Invoicing

Order Process: We operate on an invoicing basis. A contract is formed only when you have confirmed the order details paid the invoice in full.
Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying that the specifications for the ViewTek Cube listed on the invoice meet your requirements before payment.

2. Limitation of Liability

The ViewTek Cube is designed to provide support and a degree of physical protection for electronic devices. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

Equipment & Technology: We are not liable for any damage to equipment, devices, or technology (including but not limited to laptops, tablets, and screens) while using the ViewTek Cube.
Personal Injury: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewTek is not liable for any personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Data & Business: We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Property & Indirect Loss: We are not liable for property damage or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
Total Limit: Our total financial liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the ViewTek Cube.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical failure, severe weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

3. Pre-Orders

If your invoice relates to a pre-order for a ViewTek Cube currently in development or production:

Estimates: Shipping dates provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet these dates, manufacturing and logistics delays may occur.
30-Day Rule: If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of the estimated shipping date, we will notify you. You maintain the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time prior to the dispatch of the goods.

4. Price and Payment

Currency: All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
Validity: Quotations and invoices are valid for the period stated on the document. We reserve the right to withdraw an invoice if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

5. Delivery

Terms: Delivery details, including costs and estimated lead times, will be specified directly on your Invoice.
Risk: Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address provided on the invoice.

6. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Consumer Rights)

14-Day Window: For consumers in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Product Condition: Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, resaleable condition. Due to the nature of clear acrylic, returns will be rejected if the protective film has been removed from the ViewTek Cube or if the surface shows any signs of scratching or wear.
Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be faulty upon arrival.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical drawings, and branding (including the ViewTek name, logo, and the ViewTek Cube design) are the exclusive intellectual property of ViewTek. No part of our products or designs may be reproduced, copied, or reverse-engineered.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
